Barista Job Description: This job contributes to Coffee Rules success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the experience for our customers by providing quality beverages, products, and service, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the espresso machine, set up and maintain pastry bar and flavor bar. Provide customer with the best menu, products, and service in a friendly, helpful manner. Train personnel in all levels of developing & producing the best consistent espresso and other beverages for all of our customers. Duties include: setting up/opening, cashier/checking, menu preparation, stocking/clearing espresso, maintaining tidy & clean area, closing, and end of day operations.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Basic math, verbal, cash register, customer relations, organizing, problem solving, and follow through on instructions.
